Hays Electrical Services is hiring an Electrical Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of electrical construction projects. The role supervises field crews, manages schedules and budgets, coordinates subcontractors and suppliers, enforces safety and quality standards, maintains records, resolves on-site issues, and supports project close-out. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of experience in electrical contracting or a similar superintendent or foreman role, and preferably construction-management or electrical-technology credentials, OSHA 30-hour certification, First Aid/CPR, and electrical journeyman or master electrician credentials.
