Hermosillo is hiring a Senior Manager/Supervisor Superintendent for a fixed-term construction project. The role supervises and coordinates construction execution across disciplines, manages project planning and schedules using MS Project or Primavera, supports financial performance, ensures personnel safety, and coordinates project progress. Candidates need architecture or civil engineering education or a professional license, a driver's license, conversational English, and availability to travel throughout Mexico. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a half day on Saturdays, and benefits include medical and life insurance, a performance bonus, and a savings fund.
