Holder Construction is hiring a full-time, in-person Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities from mobilization through close-out on projects in Conesville, Franklin Furnace, and New Albany, Ohio. The role oversees workforces, safety, quality, schedule, logistics, design documents, risk, and project momentum while mentoring team members. Candidates need 5–10 years of commercial construction supervisory or field leadership experience; a bachelor’s degree, scheduling and QA/QC familiarity, and relocation flexibility are preferred. The position includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, an annual bonus, and shift differentials for select roles.
