Hughes Brothers Construction is hiring a Superintendent to manage multiple heavy civil and site development projects throughout Central Florida. The role oversees daily construction activities, labor and equipment scheduling, subcontractor coordination, project reporting, safety and compliance, inspections, and crew supervisors. Candidates should have at least two years of heavy civil contractor leadership experience, knowledge of construction practices, equipment, and OSHA guidelines, and the ability to interpret drawings and plans.
