Description
The Superintendents, Power Division reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for construction scheduling, resource loading, crew supervision, safety leadership, budget and schedule compliance, lean production, foreman coordination, client communication, and quality control. The role requires a four-year engineering degree or equivalent technical training and experience, at least eight years of supervisory experience in similar construction technology, knowledge of construction scheduling and cost control, Lean Six Sigma methodology, and Microsoft-based construction technologies. The position is regular, full time, and exempt, with physical duties including lifting materials and equipment up to 70 pounds unassisted.
