Description
The Construction Superintendent coordinates and oversees all on-site construction activities, including field operations, trade and subcontractor supervision, safety, quality control, scheduling, permits, documentation, and project progress. The role supports the General Superintendent and Project Manager, maintains project schedules and reports, addresses constructability and scope issues, and ensures timely completion within budget. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field or equivalent experience, along with construction safety, scheduling, cost-control, and documentation knowledge.
