Description
JRM Construction is hiring a Superintendent to oversee commercial interior construction and high-end renovation projects, delivering them on time, on budget, and to quality standards. The role supervises field labor, subcontractors, and other construction personnel; manages schedules, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality control, RFIs, punch lists, closeout, and client expectations. Candidates need at least five years of relevant Superintendent experience, including managing complex projects in occupied spaces, along with construction-plan reading, OSHA, and scaffold-user certifications. The position is on-site, with a California annual salary range of $120,000 to $180,000.
