Description
The Project Superintendent is responsible for the timely completion of assigned construction projects, ensuring work is performed in accordance with plans and specifications. The role manages project schedules, critical-path items, production, quality control, labor, equipment, subcontractors, costs, and manhours; leads field crews; maintains safety standards; and coordinates with project managers, estimators, and other project stakeholders. The position requires at least five years of superintendent experience focused on commercial construction, with heavy civil construction experience preferred, and requires OSHA 30-hour certification.
