Loenbro, LLC is hiring a full-time Utilities Superintendent to oversee utility construction projects in Andrews, Texas. The role leads foremen, crew members, subcontractors, and field personnel; plans and monitors schedules, resources, safety, quality, productivity, and costs; coordinates permits, inspections, and regulatory agencies; and collaborates with project managers, clients, engineers, and stakeholders. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 8 years of utility construction experience, and 3 years of superintendent or equivalent leadership experience, with an on-site work environment and travel between active construction sites.
