Lumin8 Transportation Technologies is hiring a Superintendent to lead daily coordination of field foremen and site crews on electrical, transportation, and roadway lighting projects. The role includes technical construction, installation, repair, safety compliance, scheduling, resource management, customer communication, and supervision and training of subordinate employees. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least six years of combined related experience including Construction Technician I, Construction Technician II, and Construction Foreman I, plus extensive equipment, tool, plan-reading, computer, and physical-work capabilities. Required certifications include OSHA 30-hour training, a valid driver’s license, and IMSA traffic-signal and traffic-work-zone certifications; the position pays hourly and includes health, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
