Description
The Superintendent will lead and coordinate field foremen and site crews for electrical, transportation, and roadway lighting projects. Responsibilities include implementing safety regulations, communicating with the central office and customers, supervising and training employees, assisting with material ordering, scheduling, and utility locates, and completing project paperwork. The role requires proficiency in operating and maintaining equipment, reading plans, advanced computer skills, and effective communication and supervision.
