Description
The Field Construction Manager oversees and leads field operations for medium- to large-scale construction projects, managing schedules, budgets, safety, logistics, quality, documentation, trade partners, and project closeout. The role also trains and mentors associates, coordinates with clients and design teams, and escalates complex issues. It requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, at least five years of construction-industry experience, scheduling and safety expertise, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors and handle physical demands.
