Nelson Construction & Development is hiring a full-time Project Superintendent to lead field operations for a senior living construction project in Lenexa, Kansas. The role coordinates subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, deliveries, schedules, safety, quality, documentation, and project turnover while working with the Project Manager and Director of Field Operations. Candidates need at least five years of commercial construction field experience, strong construction-document and field-execution knowledge, leadership and communication skills, and OSHA 30-hour or First Aid and CPR certification. The position offers a $100,000–$130,000 base salary, performance-based bonuses, health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, and other project-related allowances.
