Description
Olgoonik is hiring a full-time, year-round Construction Project Manager to oversee business segments and multiple construction projects, including scoping, estimating, proposal negotiation, subcontractor management, production reporting, scheduling, material review, compliance, safety, and coordination with other project managers. The role may supervise professional, technical, clerical, and labor staff and may require domestic and international travel. Applicants need at least ten years of construction experience focused on project management and estimating for small- to medium-sized projects, along with experience in estimating, cost control, and scheduling; a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a construction-related field is preferred.
