The Superintendent oversees complex commercial construction projects, coordinating onsite activities, subcontractors, suppliers, schedules, budgets, quality, safety, permits, inspections, and project closeout. The role requires strong construction management, scheduling, cost-control, communication, and analytical skills, along with P6 scheduling software, construction software, and relevant certifications. It involves regular work on construction job sites, exposure to weather and physical work, and flexible hours.
