The Superintendent manages day-to-day maintenance and operations of a residential property, including building systems, turnovers, repairs, contractor coordination, maintenance staff hiring, supplies, inventory, emergency response, and facilities reporting. The role requires a high school diploma or GED with two to three years of experience, or equivalent residential building superintendent experience, along with S12 and S13 certifications, practical testing, and written communication assessment requirements. The salary is $65,000 with a sign-on bonus, and the employer does not offer visa sponsorship.
