Description
The Superintendent oversees daily construction activities from project start through completion, coordinating field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, inspectors, clients, and other stakeholders. The role manages schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, safety, documentation, change orders, and project progress while leading teams in an active chemical plant or industrial job site. Candidates need prior Superintendent or similar construction leadership experience, scheduling and safety knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
