Red Cedar Construction Services is hiring a full-time Construction Superintendent to own daily field execution on commercial construction projects, including site logistics, subcontractor coordination, schedule and production control, quality control, safety enforcement, documentation, risk escalation, and project closeout. The role reports to the Project Manager, requires at least five years of superintendent experience, Procore and construction-document proficiency, OSHA 30 certification, and willingness to travel within the operating region. Compensation is $85,000-$100,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and bonus opportunities.
