Water Resources Group is hiring a full-time, long-term Superintendent for civil construction projects along Colorado’s Front Range, from Pueblo to Fort Collins. The role oversees daily production, schedules and coordinates trades and crews, leads safety and quality programs, and delivers projects on time and under budget. Candidates need at least five years of relevant trade experience or a Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree with two years of experience running work. The position pays $99,389–$153,946 and includes benefits, paid time off, and a 401(k).
