Description
OWL Services is hiring a Commercial Electrical Construction Field Supervisor to lead electrical construction from mobilization through energization and turnover on retail and ground-up commercial projects. The role oversees conduit, feeders, switchgear, panels, transformers, lighting, controls, and specialty systems; reviews drawings and specifications; ensures NEC and AHJ compliance; coordinates utilities and inspections; manages schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, safety, documentation, RFIs, and subcontractor relationships; and mentors apprentices and junior supervisors. Candidates need 10+ years of commercial electrical construction experience, a valid State Electrical Journeyman or Master License, strong NEC knowledge, and willingness to travel nationwide up to 85%. Compensation is $130,000–$160,000, with PTO, a 401(k) match, and health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
