The role supervises subcontractors and field personnel, coordinates with project managers, architects, engineers, and owner representatives, enforces safety and compliance, leads job-site meetings, maintains project documentation, and oversees quality control and project close-out. Candidates need at least five years of commercial construction field management experience, OSHA 30 certification, construction scheduling knowledge, and strong leadership and organizational skills.
