Description
The Assistant Superintendent/Project Engineer supervises construction projects from start-up through owner acceptance, including safety enforcement, subcontractor coordination, CPM scheduling, quality control, material planning, reporting, punchlists, testing, and close-out. The role requires extensive supervisory field construction experience, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, STS certification, knowledge of OSHA and construction scheduling, and the ability to travel and supervise multiple projects across a large geographic area. The annual salary is $120,000 to $165,700, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
