Description
The role oversees daily field operations for commercial tenant improvement projects, managing subcontractors and vendors, project schedules, site safety and quality, inspections, deliveries, logistics, documentation, and coordination with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients. It requires at least 10 years of construction field supervision experience, knowledge of framing, drywall, ceilings, MEP, finishes, drawings, specifications, inspections, permits, and OSHA requirements, and prefers commercial TI/interior build-out, office or retail build-out, OSHA certification, bilingual English/Spanish ability, and Procore experience.
