Watson Excavating Inc. is hiring a Superintendent to oversee up to four crews across commercial, residential, and agricultural earthwork projects ranging from $50,000 to $1,000,000. The role coordinates weekly production schedules, daily crew progress, equipment allocation, workflow recovery, and field performance using CloudRig and GPS data, while remaining local to Turbotville, Pennsylvania. Candidates should have extensive site excavation experience, have led crews of 15 or more on concurrent projects, and be willing to work hands-on; estimating and scheduling software and GPS experience are preferred.
