Description
Willmeng Construction is hiring a Superintendent to oversee the safety, schedule, budget, quality, and day-to-day field operations of assigned commercial construction projects. The role coordinates subcontractors and vendors, manages schedules and RFI activity, participates in owner-architect-contractor meetings, reviews construction documents, and resolves construction issues. Candidates need at least eight years of commercial and trade construction experience, construction-drawing and specification knowledge, familiarity with building codes and OSHA requirements, and proficiency with construction scheduling and project-management software.
