Description
The Superintendent oversees and coordinates onsite industrial boiler maintenance, repair, outage, retrofit, and installation activities from mobilization through commissioning and turnover. The role provides field oversight of pressure parts and auxiliary equipment, coordinates subcontractors and craft personnel, reviews technical documents, develops repair plans and schedules, monitors productivity and quality, and ensures compliance with safety, ASME, NBIC, and customer requirements. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and 5–15 years of relevant construction experience is required, preferably in power generation or industrial maintenance and construction. Extensive travel and exposure to harsh industrial conditions are required.
