Description
The role manages bridge foremen and subcontractors, supports estimators and engineers with quantities and production, oversees construction activities in accordance with contracts, drawings, schedules, budgets, and safety and environmental regulations, monitors project performance, and assists with on-the-job training. It requires 5–7 years of bridge experience in heavy, highway, or bridge construction, knowledge of FDOT contracts and specifications, crane-load-chart interpretation, bridge-deck screed erection, crane-handling and rigging knowledge, OSHA competent-person certification, and an excellent driving record.
