Description
The Superintendent oversees construction projects from start to finish, including concrete repair, maintenance, demolition, formwork, placement, finishing, and curing. The role manages crews and subcontractors, prepares cost estimates and material take-offs, coordinates with architects and engineers, monitors quality and safety, resolves construction issues, and closes out projects. It is a full-time position based at 2730 Mine and Mill Road, Lakeland, Florida, with frequent job-site travel, variable hours, and occasional overnight work.
