ARCO is hiring a Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial or light-industrial construction projects from the field. The role manages construction activities, schedules, subcontractors, materials, costs, safety, quality, and project progress while coordinating with project managers, owners, architects, and regional management. Candidates need 5–25 years of construction experience, including the last five years as a lead superintendent on warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or cold-storage projects, along with scheduling, tablet, and driver-license requirements.
