Path Construction is hiring a Superintendent in the Spartanburg, South Carolina area to lead and manage subcontractors, oversee construction projects from planning through completion, administer safety and quality-control programs, and represent the company to customers. The role requires at least five years of construction management experience, commercial interior buildout experience, OSHA site-safety experience, strong technical knowledge across construction disciplines, and a valid driver’s license; travel may be required. Preferred qualifications include extensive experience, a relevant degree, estimating and project-management software knowledge, OSHA 30-hour training, LEED experience, and multi-story construction experience.
