Description
Path Construction is hiring a Superintendent to lead and manage subcontractors and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, including public works and private commercial work across multiple asset classes. The role includes safety program administration, site safety responsibility, customer service representation, quality control, and technical oversight of construction systems and specialties. Candidates need at least five years of construction management experience, OSHA site safety experience, strong communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel; additional qualifications include project management software, LEED experience, and multi-story construction experience.
