The Tepa Companies is hiring a Superintendent to oversee project execution, safety, and quality from preconstruction through construction and close-out. The role is based onsite at a project site in Hot Springs, Arkansas, with a salary range of $100,000 to $135,000. Responsibilities include reviewing plans and specifications, managing subcontractors and schedules, conducting inspections, maintaining documentation, coordinating testing and punch-list work, and overseeing demobilization. Candidates need a high school or general education diploma, at least three years of relevant construction superintendent experience, construction-trade knowledge, proficiency with ProCore, BlueBeam, and Microsoft Office, recent OSHA 30-hour training, first aid/CPR certification, and strong communication and analytical skills.
