Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Converting Superintendent to lead production supervisors and team members at its Huntsville, Alabama Corrugated facility. The role provides transformational floor leadership, coaches employees in safety, quality, production, problem solving, and communication, aligns operations with commercial goals, leads continuous improvement, develops empowered leaders, and oversees plant operations. Required qualifications include supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing, military, or industrial environment and experience setting and achieving production and continuous improvement goals; a bachelor’s degree or higher, an engineering degree, corrugated manufacturing leadership experience, and maintenance-partnering experience are preferred.
