Description
Haselden Construction is hiring a Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects. The role partners with the Project Manager, oversees subcontractors, site logistics, scheduling, quality, safety, risk management, procurement, documentation, and field coordination, and develops Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and other team members. The position requires 7–10 years of progressive commercial construction field experience with a general contractor, strong construction knowledge, and the ability to work primarily in active construction-site environments. The salary range is $110,000–$150,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
