Balfour Beatty is hiring a Mission Critical Superintendent to lead field operations on complex data center and mission-critical projects in Northern Virginia. The role oversees subcontractor and self-perform work, project planning, scheduling, logistics, quality control, safety, procurement, change orders, reporting, and stakeholder relationships. Candidates must have at least 10 years of commercial construction experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role, plus mission-critical or data center experience, OSHA 30 certification, and proficiency with construction management tools. The salary range is $125,000 to $155,000 per year.
