Mortenson is hiring a Superintendent to coordinate, plan, and supervise construction activities, contractors, assistant superintendents, and craft teams across complex projects. The role includes schedule and logistics management, construction-document review, safety, quality, risk, compliance, team development, and customer-service responsibilities. Two levels are available: Superintendent I requires at least five years of construction-management or related experience and pays $111,400–$167,100 annually, while Superintendent II requires at least eight years and pays $130,100–$195,200 annually. The position requires a relevant degree or 10 years of trade experience, a current driver’s license, and the ability to travel up to 100%; visa sponsorship is not offered.
