The role manages project planning, scheduling, subcontractor relations, cost control, safety, quality, customer service, warranty and post-close activities, and may mentor team members. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of construction experience, knowledge of new-home construction and cost control, construction-document interpretation skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication and organizational abilities.
