Description
The Superintendent oversees construction projects from start to finish, developing schedules and budgets, managing crews and subcontractors, coordinating with architects and engineers, resolving issues, monitoring progress and risks, enforcing safety and building-code compliance, and closing out projects. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of construction-management experience, construction-project-management software experience, and a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. It is a full-time position with variable hours, frequent job-site travel, and possible overnight work and overtime.
