Description
The Superintendent I manages all aspects of building maintenance for up to 79 units in affordable housing, supervises maintenance staff, and implements general and preventative maintenance, cleaning, painting, flooring, seasonal cleanup, and basic plumbing tasks. The role requires FDNY S95 certification within six months, may waive the preferred high school or GED with five years of experience or relevant licensing, and requires travel within the five boroughs and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
