Description
The Superintendent I directs and supervises construction crews and subcontractors on a daily basis, manages projects over $1 million, coordinates schedules and staffing, inspects work and job sites, resolves construction and customer issues, maintains safety and OSHA compliance, tracks materials and equipment, and supports project managers and owners. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, eight years of increasingly responsible construction and equipment operation experience including two years of lead experience, knowledge of construction techniques and OSHA regulations, and the ability to work physically in field conditions.
