Description
Mortenson is hiring a Superintendent I to coordinate, plan, and supervise assistant superintendents, contractors, craft activities, and project teams across complex construction projects. The role manages project schedules, site logistics, materials, equipment, inspections, construction documents, safety, quality, risk, compliance, productivity, training, and customer relationships, with travel of up to 100%. The position requires at least five years of construction management or related experience, a degree in a relevant construction or engineering field or 10 years of trade experience, and a current driver's license. The base pay range is $111,400–$167,100 annually, with location-based increases and incentive eligibility.
