Leopardo Construction is hiring a Superintendent II to lead day-to-day field operations for medium-sized construction projects or support large projects in the Greater Cleveland Area. The role coordinates subcontractors and vendors, manages quality control and safety planning, monitors schedules and project milestones, reviews construction documents, manages punch lists, and develops relationships with project stakeholders. Candidates should have at least five years of supervisory construction superintendent experience, knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling and cost control, and proficiency with Raken, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, blueprints, and related construction software. A bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred. The target base salary is $130,000–$145,000 per year, with bonus and vehicle allowance eligibility.
