Description
The Instrument and Controls Superintendent provides technical, administrative, and people leadership for the Maintenance Instrumentation, Analyzer, and DCS Controls teams in an operating industrial facility. The role owns equipment health, reliability, maintenance strategies, budgets, contracts, workforce capability, and business performance; coordinates with Engineering, Operations, Projects, Supply Chain, and other disciplines; leads troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and plant recovery; and supervises supervisors and technicians. The position is based in Hackberry, Louisiana, requires TWIC, and demands progressively responsible instrumentation and controls experience, formal leadership experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain TWIC.
