Description
ARCO is hiring a College Superintendent Intern/Co-op to work onsite with Superintendents on construction projects in the Mission Critical industry. The intern will gain hands-on experience, learn scheduling and subcontractor communication, and contribute to projects across the full life cycle. Applicants must have a 3.0 GPA, be enrolled in a relevant construction or civil engineering program, be able to work onsite during fall, spring, or summer, and be local to Sullivan, Indiana or able to commute daily. Co-op or intern construction experience is preferred but not required. The role offers competitive hourly compensation with overtime potential and medical, dental, and vision insurance for interns or co-ops working at least three months.
