Description
The Superintendent will serve as the spiritual, academic, and operational leader of a school in Nairobi, Kenya, guiding curriculum, faculty development, policy implementation, school planning, budgeting, accreditation compliance, and community engagement. The role requires a master’s degree, at least five years of teaching and/or school administration experience, team leadership experience, a background check, overseas training completion, and alignment with the organization’s Christian mission and policies.
