AMPAM Parks Mechanical is seeking a Superintendent to lead Coastal Fire and Integration Systems' onsite presence for a multifamily residential construction project. The role oversees scheduling, safety compliance, quality control, jobsite leadership, team supervision, subcontractor coordination, daily operations, documentation, material ordering, and project risk. Candidates need prior construction Superintendent or similar jobsite leadership experience, State Fire Alarm certification (Blue Card), and strong scheduling, safety, quality-control, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The position requires applicants to be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without future employment sponsorship.
