Description
OceanaGold is hiring a Senior Mechanical Construction Manager to oversee the mechanical construction of the leach plant circuit expansion, paste plant, and surface facilities for the Haile underground gold mine. The role manages construction contractors, coordinates mechanical work with civil and electrical teams, monitors quality and schedules, supports equipment deliveries and start-up, and assists with project close-out and transition to operations. The position requires extensive surface-mining construction experience, engineering or trade qualifications, MSHA training, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts in a surface mine plant environment.
