Description
Haselden Builders is hiring a Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on multifamily and wood-frame construction projects. The role partners with the Project Manager, oversees subcontractors, site logistics, scheduling, quality, safety, documentation, and field coordination, and develops Assistant Superintendents and other team members. Candidates need 5–7+ years of progressive multifamily and wood-frame general contractor experience, strong scheduling and field-management skills, Procore experience, and the ability to travel regionally and work in active construction environments. The salary range is $95,000–$150,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
