EMBREY is hiring a Field Superintendent to support its Construction Management team on multifamily and commercial construction projects. The role directs subcontractors and vendors, coordinates resources, monitors schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and punch-list completion, and supports the Project Superintendent through the project life cycle. Candidates need at least three years of multifamily or wood-frame construction superintendent experience, familiarity with Timberline, Procore, and Microsoft Office, knowledge of building codes and safety standards, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.
