Description
The Multifamily Developer/General Contractor is seeking a Superintendent to report to the General Superintendent and/or Project Executive. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, partnering with the Project Manager or Construction Executive on contract administration and management, directing the project team to complete projects safely and on time, and performing on-site Superintendent duties. Multifamily construction experience is required, while podium and wrap experience and Austin experience are preferred. The posting lists additional locations across the United States.
